Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands:
Within the Netherlands we charge a fixed shipping & handling fee of €8,50. The order is send with TNT or DHL, standard service. This means the package is NOT ensured. For €2,50 extra we can arrange ensured shipping (recommended for expensive orders).
Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark, Great Britain, Italy, Luxemburg, Sweden and Austria
For packages < 2kg the shipping & handling fee for these countries is €15,-. For heavier packages the shipping charges are higher. Always await our manually written email before making a payment: our standard software gives an estimate of the shipping & handling charges based on the calculated weight of the package, but sometimes the actual package weights less than our estimate. So you pay less. A slight difference in weight might make quite a difference in shipping costs.
When checking out, our webshop calculates an estimate of the shipping costs based on the weight of the products. You'll receive a manually written email with the actual shipping- & handling costs within a few days. Always await this email before making a payment; the actual package might weight less than we estimated. So the shipping costs might be lower too: sometimes a slight difference in weight makes quite a difference in shipping costs!
Payment
We accept bank transfer (preferred) and paypal. When we receive your order we will email you the necessary information to make your payment.
Delivery time
We do our best to ship your order as fast as we can after receiving your payment. Normally that means within a few days. In holiday periods it might take a little longer. In our manually written confirmation email we will give an up to date estimate of the time we need to ship.
You will receive notice when the item is shipped, including the expected delivery time.
Import taxes and VAT
Customers outside of the EU have to pay import taxes and VAT. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Returns
If you want to return or exchange the item(s) you bought you should contact us within 7 days after receiving the item(s). Never return an order without contacting us first.
You can only return or exchange items which are not used and not damaged.
When you return (a part of) your order we will only reimburse the value of the products, not the shipping costs you payed. Shipping costs necessary to get the item(s) back to us are yours.
